Trick or Treat on The Square – 4 to 6PM!

Mountainside Living invites you to a free, fun and safe trick or treat event. 

Please join us on Thursday, October 31st from 4-6 pm for Trick or Treat on the Square

The residents of Mountainside Living along with Mudhouse, Crozet Hardware, Georgetown West Dayspa and Parkway Pharmacy will hand out candy to all the trick or treaters.  Our residents at Mountainside are so excited about seeing the children in their costumes and handing out candy and we don’t want to disappoint them.  So please pass the word on and bring the family!  We can’t wait to see everyone there!

Safely dispose of old prescription and over-the-counter drugs on Saturday, October 26.

What do you do with your unused prescription pills and over-the-counter medications? Do you throw them away? Flush them down the toilet? Simply leave them in your cabinet for a rainy day?

Doing any of the above can provoke tragic consequences including enabling the drugs to get into the wrong hands or find their way into drinking water and irrigation supplies. That’s why it’s crucial to safely dispose of unused prescription drugs, over-the-counter drugs, veterinary medications and nutritional supplements.

The Albemarle County Police want to spend $350k to renovate the library/depot.

The Book Brigade was a success!
