What should become of the Old Crozet Library

Here's the background Jim provides:

The Albemarle County Police want to spend $350k to renovate the library/depot.

The Crozet Gazette have an extensive story this month and Ryan at the Newsplex did a story on 9/10 and J. Reynolds Hutchins at the Daily Progress had a nice story as well.
