Update and News from Ann Mallek, our county supervisor

 

 Old Business:

  • $6,000 donated to local civic groups from the 2019 Crozet Independence Day Celebration event.
    The 2020 event is Saturday, July 4! (that’s right!)
  • Updates from the ACPD Blue Ridge Citizen Advisory Team meeting.

New Business:

  • Election of CCA officers for 2020. Nominations are open for President, Vice President, Secretary, and Treasurer. Current officers are: President: Tim Tolson, Vice-President: Lisa Goehler, Secretary: Jo Ann Perkins, and Treasurer: Emery Taylor. Candidates must be present at the January 9 meeting or have spoken with a current officer about their willingness to serve if elected

Announcements –   

  • Master Plan Revision Phase 2: Monday, January 13, 6:30 to 8:00 PM at Western Albemarle High School (WAHS). Character & Land Use Workshop #1: Commercial Centers & Development Area Edges.   Additional information at: http://www.albemarle.org/department.asp?department=cdd&relpage=24060
